What is an ‘unclaimed listing’?

A listing is ‘unclaimed’ when there is no owner for a particular listing because it has been automatically added by us. 

My business is listed on your website, why?

Some listings are automatically listed by us, this information has been gathered by google or other search engines. If this is your business, please go to the listing page and hit the claim button, which looks like an exclamation inside of a circle

If you cannot see the claim button on your listing, this is because it has already been claimed / verified. If you did not claim nor create your listing, please contact us.

What does a claimed listing look like?

If a listing has been claimed or created by the original business account holder, you will see this symbol to signify it’s been verified or claimed, which looks like a tick inside of an emblem.

How do I claim my listing?

First of all, you need to create a quick, free account with us before you claim your listing. If you have an account, login. 

All created accounts will be subscribed under our FREE plan. 

After you have registered or logged into your account, go into the listing and hit the claim button:

On the next page, hit the blue button on the introduction page to continue. 

Get an error message?

Important! If you have an account and a listing already and if you are on the free plan, you will see an error message when you hit the claim button, as you can only have one listing while on the free plan. Please delete your existing listing first and come back. 

If you just want us to delete the listing that we added automatically, contact us and upload documents (see below examples) and explain that you want the automatic listing deleted.

Continue to claim your listing

Upload all relevant documents to prove that you own this business, or have permission from and know the owner of this business.

Document(s) such as:

• Certificate of currency (insurance)
• ABN or ABR certificate with trading name the same as your business name
• A utility bill info with your business name
• Copy of a bank statement with your business name
• Qualification certificates that display your business name

You can also choose to add a note. 

What happens then?

We will compare all documentation that you have provided and may contact you if we need any further information. 

If your claim as been approved, we will let you know, and this listing will be automatically added to ‘my listings’ section, found in the main menu or in your dashboard. From here you can edit or delete this listing. 

Does it cost anything to claim my listing?

No! It’s free to claim your listing. However if you want to keep an existing listing AND claim our automatic listing, and if you are on the free plan, you will need to upgrade, as free plan only covers one listing.
