Claiming a listing:
Some listings may be automatically added as part of Google Scraping. All listings that we gather will be covered by or free plan and can be claimed by applicable businesses or services. By choosing to claim such listings (on the single listing page) and the listing template card, you will be asked to, and willing to provide a business document that proves that you are the owner of such business or service. Once we approve by matching information, you may edit, delete your listing and add more details to your listing, that we have previously created.

Aussie Locals has the right to remove, edit, and suspend any user / business / freelancer accounts and listings if needed. This is often due to derogatory, incorrect, or adult content and information. We may also remove, edit and suspect such accounts or listings due to complaints from other members.
Reporting and Messaging
All Local Aussie members and users have the right to report other members and listings due to inappropriate content and listings. Once a report is received, we will not notify you unless we decide to take action with your account or listing
If your business account plan is Premium Plus (for business memberships), potential customers and users will be allowed to message you via Aussie Locals inbox. From here, you can delete messages or block users at any time.
If your user plan is subscriber (member) and if a following listing enables messages to be sent via their profile and listings, you may begin a conversation with the associated business. All messages will appear in such businesses Aussie Locals inbox

We can delete a pre-made listing from google scraping, if you can prove that your businesses or service represents the business or service outlined in our created listing.

We will promptly investigate your complaint and respond to you, in writing, setting out the outcome of our investigation and the steps we will take to deal with your complaint.
